Al-Nassr submits offer to sign Antony, player open to go.

Al-Nassr have reportedly made an offer to Manchester United for the unwanted winger Antony, and the Brazilian player is open to the idea of moving. According to Team Talk, Al-Nassr, the big club from Saudi Arabia, have sent a proposal to Manchester United, which might need to be increased because the Red Devils are asking for about €50 million for Antony.

Manchester United have had a good transfer window so far, with the signings of Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo.

Manager Ruben Amorim wants to bring in more players for important positions, like a new midfielder and a centre-forward. However, the club might need to sell some key players first before making new signings.

There are several high-profile players who are not part of Amorim’s plans for the upcoming season.

These include Antony, Jadon Sancho, Tyrell Malacia, and Alejandro Garnacho. Marcus Rashford has already joined Barcelona on loan. Amorim is eager to sell these players but is willing to consider bringing them back if they don’t find a new club.

Antony has been a big disappointment since his £85 million move from Ajax in 2022.

He spent the last six months with Real Betis and had a good performance there. Even though Real Betis had talks with Manchester United, a move there doesn’t seem likely right now.

Newcastle United are also interested, as some reports suggest, and a few Brazilian clubs are looking as well.

Antony is not keen on returning to his home country, although he might be open to joining Al-Nassr. Al-Nassr recently blocked a move for Joao Felix and are now interested in bringing in Antony, the player who hasn’t had much success at Manchester United.

Al-Nassr has made an offer for Antony, and it seems Antony is willing to consider joining the Saudi Pro League club after they approached Manchester United. However, Manchester United is asking for at least €50 million, which is their original price, and they are not open to lowering it for Al-Nassr.

Antony wants to play regularly in first-team matches and hopes to stay in the running for the Brazilian World Cup squad next year.

Whether this happens will depend on if Al-Nassr can come up with a better offer to convince Manchester United to sell him.
